SAIL Invites Application for Recruitment to the Posts of Attendant-cum-Technician (Trainee) at Bhilai Steel Plant as per Advertisement Notification No.: BSP-208(Rectt.) /11-12, Dated: 03-10-2011

• Motor Vehicle Mechanic – 03 Posts 
• HV Driver – 06 Posts 

Essential Qualification: Matriculation with ITI from recognized institution in any trades of Fitter, Electrician, Welder, Turner, Mason, Machinist, Motor Vehicle Mechanic; For Sl. No. 8 (HV Driver) Matriculation with HVD License with minimum 1 year experience of operating tipper in mines; Desirable - Successful completion of Apprenticeship training in a reputed Indian industry, preferably steel industry, after passing out from a recognized Industrial Training Institute (ITI). 

Age Limits: Minimum 18 yrs. & Maximum 28 yrs. as on 01/10/2011 Relaxation in age up to 40 years as on 01/10/2011 shall be admissible to ex-Trade Apprentices of Bhilai Steel Plant who have passed AITT (up-to batch 75) up-to the year 2001. 

Pay Scale: Rs. 8630-3%-12080/- (S-1) (The above posts carry benefits such as CPF, Gratuity, Industrial DA, Conveyance Allowance, free medical facility, LTC/LLTC etc. as admissible & as per the rules of the Company) 

Application Fee: crossed non-refundable A/c payee demand draft of Rs. 250/- (SC/ST and Physically Handicapped candidates are exempted from application fees) drawn in favour of the Steel Authority of India Ltd., Bhilai Steel Plant, on any Nationalised Bank payable at Bhilai.

How to Apply: Application typed on a plain paper, giving full particulars in the enclosed format, addressed to Post Box No. 16, Post Office Sector-1, Bhilai, Distt-Durg, CG Pin - 490 001, along with application fee (Demand Draft) should be sent through ordinary post (Post Bag does not accept Registered Post / Speed Post etc) and must reach on or before 12.11.2011. 

Important Photo Copy of Document which need to be attached by the candidates are: 

1. Attested / Self Attested Photocopies of all academic and professional Qualifications, 
2. Proof of date of Birth (Matric/High School Certificate), caste certificate issued by a Revenue Officer not below the rank of Tehsildar, 
3. Attested photograph should be attached along with the application. 

Applications not accompanied with attested copies of certificates and photograph will be rejected. All certificates should be either in Hindi or English only. Incomplete applications or applications received after 12.11.2011 will not be considered. Application sent by any other means will not be accepted.
