South Indian Bank SIB invites Online Application from Indian Nationals having one years of work experience in scheduled Commercial Banks in the Scale1/Officer Cadre for Appointment to the Posts of Probationary Officers (Scale-1) 


Details for PO Requirement by SIB are mentioned below:

• Name of the Post – Probationary Officers – Total 60 Positions 

Pay Scale: Rs.14500 – 25700 + DA, HRA & other allowances. Basic pay will be fixed in the appropriate stage of Scale I as above depending on qualification, exposure and years of experience. 

Age Limits: Candidates must be not more than 28 years and not less than 21 years as on 31.08.2011. Upper age limits will be relaxed by five years in the case of SC/ST Candidates.

Essential Qualification: Graduation from any recognized University, (10+2+3) regular stream with at least 60% for qualifying degree in Science stream & 55% for other Streams. 

Work Experience: The Candidates should have mandatory minimum work experience of 1 year in scheduled commercial Bank in the Scale-1/Officer cadre as on 30.09.2011.

Selection Process: Group Discussion & Personal Interview.
