- Customer Relationship Executive (On Contract) – Total 370 Positions
Pay Scale: Basic Pay Rs. 15000/-; HRA Rs. 2500/-; Conveyance Rs. 1500/-; Medical Aid Rs. 1000/-
Age Limits: Minimum 21 & Maximum 30 Years as on 04-10-2011 (Relaxation for Reserved (SC / ST / OBC/XSM/PWD) Category will be applicable as per rules).
Nationality Eligibility: (a) A citizen of India, or (b) A subject of Nepal, or (c) A subject of Bhutan, or (d) A Tibetan refugee or, (e) A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (Formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar),Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India, only after the necessary eligibility certificate has been issued to him/her by the Government of India.
Essential Qualification: Graduates in either Arts/Science or Commerce with 60% marks in the final year of Degree course / AND / should be an MBA /Post Graduate Diploma in Management from a Institution having approval of AICTE / Applicants with IRDA and AMFI certifications will be given preference; with good communication skills (55% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates).
Selection Process: The selection process may involve written Test (250 Marks) (ONLINE OR OFFLINE) & or Group Discussion & or a Personal Interview (50 marks); as according to the decision of the bank whether to hold all or any of the modes of Written Test (IF REQUIRED) on 11.12.2011
Written Test will be on the basis of:
Test of Reasoning: 50 questions carrying 50 marks.
Test of Quantitative Aptitude: 50 questions carrying 50 marks.
Test of General Awareness with special reference to Banking Industry: 50 questions carrying 50 marks.
Test of English Language: 50 questions carrying 50 marks.
Test of Computer Knowledge: 50 questions carrying 50 marks.
Total Composite 2 Hours & 45 Minutes Duration: 250 questions carrying 250 marks.
Application Fees: Cash Payment of Rs.300/- for General/OBC Category Candidates and Rs. 50/- for others as postage charges; shall be paid AT ANY UNION BANK OF INDIA BRANCH ACROSS INDIA. PAY APPLICATION FEES BEFORE APPLYING ON-LINE.
