• Chief Manager (Accounts)/ Manager (Accounts) – 01 Post {Pay Scale: (32900-58000)-E5 / (29,100-54,500)-E4 | Age Limits: 40 – 45 Years} Essential Qualification: Final CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance) from a university or recognized institution.  Minimum 15/12 years post qualification experience in Accounts Department of a PSU / large concerns preferably in Mining & Processing, having exposure in the areas like Works Accounting, Project Accounting and finalization of Accounts and Taxation.

• Chief Manager (EDP) / Manager (EDP) – 01 Post {Pay Scale: (32900-58000)-E5 / (29,100-54,500)–E4 | Age Limits: 40 – 45 Years} Essential Qualification: Degree in Computer Engineering/MCA from a university or recognized institution  with 15/12 years of exposure in the area of Online Material Management System. 

• Addl. Controller of Stores – 01 Post {Pay Scale: (24,900-50,500) –E3 | Age Limits: 35 Years} Essential Qualification: Degree in any branch of Engineering with one year recognized Diploma in Materials Management.

• Addl. Supt. (Electrical)/ Dy. Supt. (Electrical) – 02 Posts {Pat Scale: (24,900-50,500)-E3 / (20,600-46,500)-E2 | Age Limits: 30 – 35 Years} Essential Qualification: Degree in Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering from a University/recognized Institution. 

• Addl. Supt. (Mill)/ Dy. Supt. (Mill.) – 02 Posts {Pay Scale: (24,900-50,500)-E3 / (20,600-46,500)-E2 | Age Limits: 30 – 35 Years} Essential Qualification: Degree in Chemical Engg. / Metallurgical Engg. / MSc. in Mineral Processing from a University/recognized Institution. 

• Addl. Manager (Personnel/ Dy. Manager (Personnel) – 02 Posts {Pay Scale: (24,900-50,500)-E3 / (20,600-46,500)-E2 | Age Limits: 30 – 35 Years} Essential Qualification: Degree in any discipline or PG Degree/Diploma in Personnel Management, Labour / Social Welfare, Industrial Relations or MBA with specialization in Personnel Management.

• Addl. Supt. (Mines) / Dy. Supt. (Mines) – 01 Posts {Pay Scale: ((24,900-50,500)-E3 / (20,600-46,500)-E2 | Age Limits: 30 – 35 Years} Essential Qualification: Degree in Mining Engineering from a University/recognized Institution and First Class Mines Manager Certificate of Competency (Unrestricted). 

• Asst. Manager (Accounts) – 03 Posts {Pay Scale: (16400-40500)-E1 | Age Limits: Max 30 Years} Final CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance) from a university or recognized institution.

• Management Trainee (Mining) – 05 Posts {Pay Scale: Rs. 16400/- plus prevailing DA thereon | Age Limits: Max 28 Years} Essential Qualification: Degree in Mining Engineering from a University/recognized Institution. 

• Management Trainee (Chemical) – 05 Posts {Pay Scale: Rs.16400/- plus prevailing DA thereon | Age Limits: Max 28 Years} Essential Qualification: Degree in Chemical Engg. / Metallurgical Engg. /M.Sc. in Mineral Processing from a University/recognized Institution.  

• Management Trainee (Electrical) – 05 Posts {Pay Scale: Rs.16400/- plus prevailing DA thereon | Age Limits: Max 28 Years} Essential Qualification: Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering from a University/recognized Institution. 

• Management Trainee (Mechanical) – 03 Posts {Pay Scale:  Rs.16400/- plus prevailing DA thereon | Age Limits: Max 28 years} Essential Qualification: Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a University/ recognized Institution. 

• Management Trainee (Geology) – 01 Post {Pay Scale: Rs.16400/- plus prevailing DA thereon | Age Limits: Max 28 Years} Essential Qualification: PG Degree in Geology/Mineral Exploration/Degree in Mining from a University/recognized Institution. 

• Management Trainee (Instrumentation) – 01 Post {Pay Scale: Rs.16400/- plus prevailing DA thereon | Age Limits: Max 28 Years} Essential Qualification: Degree in Instrumentation / Electronics & Tele Communication Engineering. 

• Management Trainee (Personnel) – 02 Posts {Pay Scale:  Rs.16400/- plus prevailing DA thereon | Age Limits: Max 28 Years} Essential Qualification: Degree in any discipline including that in Engineering and two years full time PG Degree/Diploma recognized by statutory authority/Central/State Govt. 

• Management Trainee (Control Research &Development) – 02 Posts {Pay Scale: Rs.16400/- plus prevailing DA thereon | Age Limits: Max 28 Years} Essential Qualification: M.Sc. in Chemistry (Inorganic/Analytical) or M.Sc. Mineral Processing /BE Metallurgy /Chemical from a University. 

• Management Trainee (Accounts) – 02 Posts {Pay Scale: Rs.16400/- plus prevailing DA thereon | Age Limits: Max 28 Years} Essential Qualification: Final CA/ICWA/MBA Finance from a University or Recognized Institution. 

• Management Trainee (Environmental Engineering) – 01 Posts {Pay Scale: Rs.16400/- plus prevailing DA thereon | Age Limits: Max 28 Years}} Essential Qualification: Degree in Environmental Engg. OR Degree in any other Branch of Engg /PhD.
