Essential Qualifications: Should be Master Degree Holder in the Respective Subject from a Recognized University with NET Qualification 

Desirous Qualification: Candidates have worked at least 02 years in Local Army, Or Having NCC “B” Certificates will be preferred

Please Note: Those Candidates who have been awarded a PhD degree in accordance with the U.G.C. (minimum standards and procedures for award of PhD Degree) Regulation 2009 shall be exempted from NET. NET shall not be required for such Masters Programmes in disciplines for which NET is not conducted 

Age Limits: 21 to 35 years of Age as on 01 July 2011 (Relaxation to SC/ST/OBC/PH/EXs man will be applicable as per law) 

Pay Scale: Rs. 15600 – 39100 + Grade Pay: Rs. 6000/- per month 

Application Fee: Bank Demand Draft / Indian Postal Order (DD/IPO) of Rs. 130/- (Rs. 90/- for SC/St/PH Candidates of Uttrakhand Residents Only) shall be Issued from any Nationalized Bank and in Favour of Secretary, Uttrakhand Public Service Commission, Hardwar Payable at Hardwar.
