Air India Air Transport Services Limited is a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Air India Limited, wishes to engage Indian nationals for ground duties, on a fixed-term contract basis, for a period of three years which may be renewed on the basis of their performance of work for filling up the vacancies of the following posts at MUMBAI as mentioned below and to maintain waitlist for the same who meet with the requirements specified herein.

• Customer Agent – Total 144 Posts {Graduate in any discipline (minimum three years duration) from a recognised university with ability to speak English and conversant with local language and basic computer operation} 

Emoluments: 1st Year: 12000/- per month; 2nd Year: 13000/- per month; 3rd Year: 14000/- per month 

Age Limits: As on 01-12-2011 – Others: Max 28 Years; OBC: Max 31 Years; SC/ST: Max 33 Years 

Selection Procedure – Walk-In-Interview: 16th & 17th December 2011; Walk-In-Registration Time: 10:00 Hrs to 12:30 Hrs; 

Walk-In-Venue: Indian Airlines Ideal School, Indian Airlines Staff Colony - I, Kalina, Santacruz, Mumbai – 400 029 

Dress Code: Female candidates are required to appear for Group Discussion / Interview dressed in a saree - Male candidates are required to appear for Group Discussion / Interview formally dressed with tie and leather shoes. 

• Senior Ramp Service Agent – Total 43 Posts {Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Production / Electronics / Automobile Engineering recognized by the State Government or ITI with NCTVT (total 3 years) in Motor Vehicle / Auto Electrical / Air Conditioning / Diesel Mechanic / Bench Fitter / Welder (ITI with NCTVT – Certificate issued from Directorate of Vocational Education & Training of any State Government} 

Emoluments: 1st Year: Rs. 15000/- per month; 2nd Year: Rs. 16000/- per month; 3rd Year: Rs. 17000/- per month 

Age Limits: General: Max 30 Years; OBC: Max 33 Years; SC/ST: Max 35 Years (Relaxation in age for Ex-Servicemen as per Government Guidelines). 

Selection Procedure – Walk-In-Date: 28th December 2011; Walk-In-Interview Registeration Time: 10:00 Hrs to 12:30 Hrs 

Walk-In-Venue: Regional Training Centre, Air India Ltd., Behind Cafeteria, Near Terminal-1B, Vile-Parle (East), Mumbai-400099 

Dress Code: All candidates are required to appear for Interview formally dressed. 

• Ramp Service Agent – Total 92 Posts {Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Production / Electronics / Automobile Engineering recognized by the State Government or ITI with NCTVT (total 3 years) in Motor Vehicle / Auto Electrical / Air Conditioning / Diesel Mechanic / Bench Fitter / Welder (ITI with NCTVT–Certificate issued from Directorate of Vocational Education & Training of any State Government}

Emoluments: 1st Year: Rs. 12000/- per month; 2nd Year: Rs. 13000/- per month; 3rd year: Rs. 13000/- per month 

Age Limits: Others: Max 28 Years; OBC: Max 31 Years; SC/ST: Max 33 Years (Relaxation in age for Ex-Servicemen as per Government Guidelines). 

Selection Procedure – Walk-In-Date: 3rd & 4th January 2012; Walk-In-Registration Time: 10:00 Hrs to 12:00 Hrs 

Walk-In-Venue: Regional Training Centre, Air India Ltd., Behind Cafeteria, Near Terminal-1B, Vile-Parle (East), Mumbai-400099 

Dress Code: Candidates are required to appear for Trade Test/Interview formally dressed. 

• Security Agent – Total 83 Posts {Graduate in any discipline (minimum three years duration) from a recognised university OR Ex-Servicemen who have acquired the equivalent graduation qualification in the Armed Forces}

Emoluments: 1st Year: Rs. 12000/- per month; 2nd Year: Rs. 14500/- per month; 14500/- per month 

Age Limits: Others: Max 28 Years; OBC: Max 31 Years; SC/ST: Max 33 Years 

Selection Procedure – Walk-In-Date: 9th & 10th January 2012; Walk-In-Registration Time: 10:00 Hrs to 12:30 Hrs 

Walk-In-Venue: Indian Airlines Sports Club, Near Military Camp, Kalina, Santacruz (East), Mumbai-400029 

Dress Code: Female candidates are required to appear for Personal Interview formally dressed - Male candidates are required to appear for Personal Interview formally dressed with tie and leather shoes 

Application Fee: Rs. 300/- Non-Refundable by means of an A/c Payee Demand Draft in favour of “Air India Air Transport Services Ltd.” Payable at Mumbai, (No fees to be paid by Ex-Servicemen / applicants belonging to SC/ST communities) Please mention your full name and the post applied for on the reverse of the Demand Draft. 

Please Note: The Candidates should carry a set of Self-attested copies of the supporting documents along with the originals testimonials in respect of Educational Qualifications, Experience Certificates, Diploma Certificates, Date of Birth, Caste, Physical Standard Certificate, Valid Driving License and Other Certificates if any 

How to Apply: Applicants meeting with the eligibility criteria mentioned above, as on 1st December, 2011, are required to WALK-IN to the venue given above, on the date and time as indicated above, along-with the Application Form in the specified format, duly filled in Hindi or English and requisite documents, Original Certificates should not be submitted with the application, but should be brought for verification along-with one set of photocopies.
