Applications are invited from the citizens of India for the post(s) in different Departments of Himachal Pradesh, either by Online Mode or by Offline Mode below by 01/07/2011. Applications received after last date(s) will be rejected straightway. 

Details about Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission is given below:

• Assistant Engineer (Electrical): 27 Posts {Pay Scale: Rs.16650-39100 + Grade Pay Rs.5800/-} 
• Assistant Engineer (Civil): 04 Posts {Pay Scale: Rs.16650-39100/- + Grade Pay Rs.5800/-} 
• Lecturer Mechanical Engineering: 04 Posts {Pay Scale: Rs.15600 + 39100/- + Grade Pay Rs. 6000/-} 
• Veterinary Officer: 31 Posts {Pay Scale: Rs. 21000/- (initial of the Pay band i.e. 15600/- + Grade Pay Rs. 5400/-} 
• Assistant Professor: 32 Posts {Pay Scale: Rs.37400-67000/- + Grade Pay Rs.8900/-} 
• Medical Officer (General Wing): 150 Posts {Pay Scale: Rs. 7880-13500/-} 

Application Fee: Application on the specimen form duly completed should be accompanied by examination fee of Rs. 250/- (Rs.63/- for candidates belonging to SC, ST and OBC categories of Himachal Pradesh only), through Bank Draft payable in any branch of a Bank at Shimla to the Secretary, H.P. Public Service Commission, Shimla-171002 for Offline mode and for Online mode candidates pay Rs.250/- (Rs.63/- for SC/ ST/ OBC of Himachal) through a challan by cash in the branches of Punjab National Bank.
