HIL, a Govt. of India Enterprise, under the Depts.
of Chemicals & Petrochemicals, Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers,
Govt. of India, was incorporated in March, 1954 for supplying DDT for National
Malaria Eradication Programme launched by the Govt. of India. Subsequently, the
company diversified into agro pesticides to meet the requirements of
agriculture sector and has grown manifold with a turnover of Rs. 2006.00
million rupees in 2006-07. Company has also entered into the field of safe and
eco-friendly botanical and bio-pesticides for public health and plant
protection. The product range includes Insecticides, Herbicides, Wee decides, and
Fungicides etc. It has a pest control division catering to industry houses and
offices.

Regional Sales Manager:

Qualification & Experience:
Degree preferably in Agriculture, Preference will be given to those,
who, in
Addition have a Degree or Diploma in Business Administration with about

Years experience in marketing/sales of pesticides and/or other product

Least 3 years should have been in a managerial/supervisory capacity in
Marketing/sales in pesticides industry.

Degree in Chemical Engineering Or a Post-Graduate Degree in Chemistry
with 8 yrs. xperience in a responsible
technical position in a Chemical factory out of which At least 3 years should have been in a senior supervisory capacity in
operation of Chemical Plant or project works.

Qualification & Experience:
Degree in Agriculture or Science Graduate with 2 years experience of
selling Pesticides at the consumer level through distributors/dealers.
5. Post for Consultant (Research & Development):
Pay Band: NIL
Place
of Posting: R&D Centre, Gurgaon.
Amount at minimum of Pay-scale (Basic+DP+DA): Rs.25,
000- 30,000/-p.m. *(Consolidated remuneration)
Age Limit: Below 62 years.
Qualification & Experience:
Post Graduate Degree in Organic Chemistry OR Post Graduate Degree in Chemical engineering with research/trouble shooting experience in
Pesticides Industry engaged in manufacturing of technical.
Eligibility Criteria:- (for 1, 2, 3 & 4 above)
Should have minimum 2 years working experience in immediate lower grade in
the respective position in the case of candidates working in Public Sector
Undertaking/Government Deptt. and having similar status with equivalent pay
package in case of candidates working in the reputed Private Sectors in respect of
posts no.1, 2, 3 & 4 only.
