National Institute of Animal Biotechnology is An Autonomous Institute of the Department of Biotechnology, Ministry of Science & Technology, and Government of India. NIAB is looking for dedicated and committed Scientists who believe in institution building and have a passion for academic excellence and quality research. NIAB invites applications for Scientific Positions on Regular basis in the following priority areas: 

1. Genetic Epidemiology 
2. Bioinformatic 
3. Transgenic Technology, and 
4. Infectious Diseases.

• Scientist-H: - 01 Post {Pay Scale: Rs.67000 – 79000 + Grade Pay | Age Limits: Max 55 Years | Qualification: Ph.D. in the relevant area with a strong track record in research, academic accomplishment in terms of publications and patents} 

• Scientist-G: - 01 Post {Pay Scale: Rs.37400 - 67000 + Grade Pay: Rs.10000 | Age Limits: Max 50 Years | Qualification: Ph.D. in the relevant area with a strong track record in research, academic accomplishment in terms of publications and patents} 

• Scientist-F: - 02 Posts {Pay Scale: Rs.37400 - 67000 + Grade Pay: Rs.8900 | Age Limits: Max 50 Years | Qualification: M.Sc. / B.V Sc. /M.B.B.S /B Tech /B.E. or equivalent degree in the relevant area from a recognized University} 

• Scientist-E: - 02 Posts {Pay Scale: Rs.37400 - 67000 + Grade Pay: Rs.8700 | Age Limits: Max 45 Years | Qualification: M.Sc. / B.V Sc. /M.B.B.S /B Tech /B.E. or equivalent degree in the relevant area from a recognized University} 

• Scientist-D: - 02 Posts {Pay Scale: Rs.15600 - 39100 + Grade Pay: Rs.7600 | Age Limits: Max 40 Years | Qualification: M.Sc. / B.V Sc. /M.B.B.S /B Tech /B.E. or equivalent degree in the relevant area from a recognized University} 

• Scientist-C/B: - 04 Posts {Pay Scale: Rs.15600 - 39100 + Grade Pay: Rs.6600 | Age Limits: Max 35 Years | Qualification: M.Sc. / B.V Sc. /M.B.B.S /B Tech /B.E. or equivalent degree in the relevant area from a recognized University}
