Indian Tibetan Border Police Force (ITBP) is under Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India: ITBPF is Inviting Applications from Male Indian citizens, for Job Positions on temporary basis likely to be permanent, in the Indo Tibetan Border Police Force (ITBPF). The post has all India liability and selected candidates can be posted anywhere in India and even abroad. On appointment, the candidate shall be governed by ITBPF Act and Rules. 

Details and Instructions as per the official ITBPF Recruitment notifications 2012 for Job Positions in ITBP are mentioned herein:- 

• Sub- Inspector (Telecommunication):- Total 11 Seats {Pay Scale: Rs.9300-34800 + Grade Pay: Rs.4200 | Age Limits: 20 to 25 Years | Qualifications: Graduate in Science or Computer Science or Engineering in Electronics and Instrumentation/ Electronic and Communication/ Instrumentation/ Electronics and Communication/ Electrical or BCA or equivalent} 

• Head Constable (Telecommunication): - Total 275 Seats {Pay Scale: Rs.5200 – 20200 + Grade Pay: Rs.2400 | Age Limits: 18 to 25 Years | Qualifications: 10+2 in Science with at least 45 % marks or 10th and 02 years ITI certificate in any one of Electrical, Computer or Electronics} 

• Constable (Telecommunication): - Total 15 Seats {Pay Scale: Rs.5200 – 20200 + Grade Pay: Rs.2000 | Age Limits: 18 to 23 Years | Qualifications: Matriculation (10th) with Certificate or diploma holder from ITI will be preferred} 

• Constable (Animal Transport): - Total 120 Seats {Pay Scale: Rs.5200 – 20200 + Grade Pay: Rs.2000 | Age Limits: 18 to 25 Years | Qualifications: Matriculation 1oth Passed} 

Selection Process: Selection of eligible Candidates in ITBP Force will be done on the basis of performance in Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Physical Measurement Test (PMT), Written Examination and Interview. 

Application Fee: Non-refundable fee of Rs.50/- only for General/OBC candidates (No fee for SC/ST/Ex SM candidates) fee shall be paid in shape of CRFS/ IPO/ Bank DD in favor of ’Inspector General, North-West Frontier, ITBP, Payable at SBI- AFS Chandigarh Code No- 1495.
