Indian Army (AEC) invites applications in prescribed format from the Indian Nationals for the Recruitment on the Posts of HAVILDAR Education in discipline of Science Stream and Arts Stream in the Army Educational Corps in Group ‘ X ‘ and ‘ Y ‘. 

As per the Indian Army (AEC) Recruitment Notification 2012 - details for the vacancies of Havildar Education is mentioned below: - 

• Name of Position: - HAVILDAR Education 

Number of Position: - Total 182 Vacancies (Science Stream: 136 – and Arts Stream: 46) 

Pay Scale: - 

• Group X: Rs.5200 – 20200 + Grade Pay: Rs.2800 plus other allowances as applicable in Indian Army. 
• Group Y: Rs.5200 – 20200 + Grade Pay: Rs.2800 Plus other allowances as applicable in Indian Army. 

Age limits: - Candidates must be between 20 years and 25 years as on first date of recruitment rally. 

Essential Qualifications: - 

• Group X: BA, B.Ed. / B.Sc., B.Ed. / BCA / BSc (IT), B.Ed. / M.A. / M.Sc. / MCA from any recognized university. 
• Group Y: B.A. / B.Sc. / BCA / B.Sc. (IT) from any recognized university. 

Physical Standards: - Minimum physical standards will be as applicable to the Soldier (Clerk). The details can be obtained from any HQ Recruiting Zone , IRO Delhi Cantt / Army Recruitment Office. 

Selection procedure: - Selection of all eligible candidates for HAVILDAR Educations Positions in AEC will be done on the basis of Performance in Physical Efficiency Test, Medical Standards, Written Examination, Teaching Aptitude Test (TAT) and Interview.
