CISF Driver, Constable Recruitment in Central Industrial Security Force 2012

CISF Special Recruitment Drive for SC/ST and OBC Category Candidates for Constables in the Trades of (DRIVER) & (DRIVER-CUM-PUMPOPERATOR (DCPO) jobs in Central Industrial Security Force - 2012 

CISF Inviting Applications from Eligible Indian Male Candidates only, for Recruitment on Constables (Various Trades) under CISF Act and Rules as well as Central Civil Services Rules applicable from time to time. Selected Constables will be entitled for the pension benefits as per the “New Restructured Defined Contributory Pension Scheme” 

CISF 826 Constables Recruitment Details as per the official notice is mentioned below:: 

• Driver / Constable (Driver) – Total 683 Vacancies {SC: 318 – ST: 105 – OBC: 260 Posts} 

• Driver-Cum-Pump Operator / Constable (DCPO) – Total 143 Vacancies {SC: 47 – ST: 22 – OBC: 74 Posts} 

Pay Scale: Selected Constables in CISF will get pay band of Rs.5200 to 20200 + Rs.2000 Gross Pay 

Age Limits: 21 years to 27 years as on 25-02-2012 

Essential Qualifications: Candidates must have passed 10th class equivalent qualifications from a recognized Board with a valid driving license for Motor Cycle, LMV, HMV or Transport Vehicle with driving experience} 

Physical Standard: 

• Height: 167 cm – Chest: 80+5 cm for SC / OBC Candidates 
• Height: 160 cm – Chest: 76+5 for ST 
• Height: 167 cm – Chest: 80+5 for all others 
• Weight: Should be Proportionate to height and age as per medical standard 
• Eye Sight: without wearing glass eye-sight should be 6/6 and 6/9 (both eyes) 

Selection Process: Selection on the Positions of Constable in CISF will be made on the basis of performance in Educational Qualifications, Physical Standard, Driving Experience, Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Trade Test, Written Test and Medical Examination. 

Application Fee: Non-refundable fee of Rs.50/- only for OBC Candidates (No Fee for SC/ST Candidates) in the shape of Indian Postal Order (IPO) in the name of concerned officers mentioned with the address. 

How to Apply: Eligible Candidates with a valid Driving License may send their application in prescribed format with IPO, Copies of supporting documents, Caste Certificates; self-signed passport size photographs etc., to the Concerned DGI Offices mentioned in the detailed advertisement on or before 25-02-2012
