- Sub-Inspector Grade-III (Security) – 173 Posts {Graduation with min 03 years experience in a similar function in the Defence Forces / Territorial Army / Police / Govt./PSU/Listed Company. Other things being equal, 'B' or 'C' Certificate of NCC will be preferred.
- Sub Inspector Grade-III (Fire) – 63 Posts {Graduation with minimum 03 years experience in the Fire fighting Force of State Fire Services / Central Police Organisations / PSU / Listed Company Other things being equal, Certificate Course in Fire fighting from a Institute registered with Central/State Govt. will be preferred.
Age Limits: The upper age limit is 32 years as on 01.11.2011, i.e. candidates should be born on or after 01.11.1979. A relaxation of 3 years for candidates from Other Backward Classes (Non Creamy Layer), 5 years for SC & ST candidates, is admissible in the upper age limit.
Pay Scale: Rs.11700 - 23000 on probation for a period of one year. In addition to Basic Pay allowances such as Dearness Allowance, perks at 46% of basic Pay, HRA and other benefits like Leave, Contributory Provident Fund (PF), Gratuity, Group Insurance and Group Accident Insurance as per rules.
Selection Process: Selection will be done on the basis of Written Test (80% weight age) and Physical Fitness (Qualifying only) and Personal Interview (20% weight age).
Health Standards: Minimum distant vision should be 6/6 and 6/9 of both eyes without correction (i.e. without wearing glass) and shall qualify the high-grade colour vision test.
Candidates must not have knock-knee, flat foot, or squint in eyes, must be in good mental & bodily health & free from any physical defect likely to interfere with the efficient performance of the duties.

Physical Measurement Test: Height Security Sub-Inspector Gr.III: 168 cms; Security Sub-Inspector Gr.III (Fire): 165 cms - Chest measurement: Chest Unexpanded: 79 cms; Chest Expanded: 84 cms
Physical Endurance Test: Candidate should clear the Physical Endurance test of running 1.6 kilometers in 6.5 minutes or less failing which they would not cross over to the next stage of the selection process.
Physical Efficiency Test: The candidate is required to participate in the following events and qualify all the events at the minimum standard.
Running: 400 meters in 80.00 seconds - Long Jump: 3.65 meters; High Jump: 1.2 Meters
