JEEViKA - Bihar Rural Livelihoods Project, is a Government of Bihar Project assisted by the World Bank, aims to empower the rural poor by creating self managed community institutions and enhancing incomes through sustainable livelihoods. The project is striving to bring a change in the lives of about 5 lakh poor families of Bihar by promoting livelihoods through community institutions, their federations and producer’s groups. The project was launched on 2nd October 2007, covering 44 blocks of eight districts in Bihar.

Vacancy at State Project Management Unit: 

• Project Manager (Capacity Building / Staff Learning & Performance Management / Monitoring & Evaluation / Marketing & Innovation / Communication) – 05 Post {Monthly Salary: Rs. 29,100 to Rs. 40,900/-} Essential Qualifications: Post Graduate Degree or PG Diploma in Rural Development / HRD / Management/ Business Management / Business Administration/ Mass Communication / Social Work from a premier institute, With min 4 years of relevant work experience.

• Data Administrator – 01 Post {Monthly Salary: Rs. 14,500 to Rs. 21,500/-} Essential Qualifications: Graduate in computer application with minimum 2 years of relevant experience. 

• Project Associate – 01 Post {Monthly Salary: Rs. 14,400 to Rs. 21,500/-} Essential Qualifications: PG degree/Bachelor degree holder should have experience in relevant area.

• Accountant – 01 Post {Monthly Salary: Rs. 12,300 to Rs. 21,500/-} Essential Qualifications: Graduate in economics/commerce/CA (inter)/ ICWAI (inter) with a minimum three years of relevant experience.

• Office Assistant – 01 Post {Monthly Salary: Rs. 13,000 to Rs. 19,100/-} Essential Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline with minimum 1 year of relevant experience. 

Vacancy at District Project Coordination Unit:

• District Project Manager – 01 Post {Monthly Salary: Rs. 28,300 to Rs. 47,300/-} Essential Qualifications: PG Degree/PG Diploma Completed in Management, Social Work, Rural Development, Agriculture and Allied Disciplines with at least 5 years relevant experience.

• Training Manager – 03 Posts {Monthly Salary: Rs. 20,600 to Rs. 28,900/-} Essential Qualifications: PG Degree/PG Diploma Completed in Management, Social Work, Rural Development, Agriculture and Allied Disciplines with at least 5 years relevant experience.

• Finance Manager – 02 Posts {Monthly Salary: Rs. 19,800 to Rs. 27,700/-} Essential Qualifications: CA/ICWAI/ MBA (finance) or CA (inter), ICWAI (inter) or PG degree in commerce, with at least 3 years of relevant experience. 

• Manager (Monitoring / Communication / Social Development) – 06 Posts {Monthly Salary: Rs. 19,800 to Rs. 27,700/-} Essential Qualifications: PG Degree in any discipline with at least 2 years relevant experience or Graduate Degree in any discipline with at least 4 years relevant experience. Fresh MBA/PG diploma in Rural Management/MSW/MCA preferably from reputed institute may also apply. 

• Training Officer – 02 Posts {Monthly Salary: Rs. 17,400 to Rs. 22,800/-} Essential Qualifications: PG in any discipline with at least 1 year relevant experience or Graduate Degree completed in any discipline with at least 3 yrs relevant experience.

Vacancy at Block Project Implementation Unit: 

• Block Project Manager – 02 Posts {Monthly Salary: Rs. 19,800 to Rs. 27,700/-} Essential Qualifications: PG Degree in any discipline with 2 years experience Or Graduate degree in any discipline with 4 years experience.

• Chief Executive-Women Farmers Producers Company – 03 Posts {Monthly Salary: Rs. 17,300 to Rs. 22,800/-} Essential Qualifications: PG / Fresh Graduate / Graduates Degree in any discipline with relevant experience may also apply.

• Livelihoods Specialist- (For BPIU) – 04 Posts {Monthly Salary: Rs. 11,200 to Rs. 16,100/-} Essential Qualifications: Graduate in B.Sc. Agriculture /Graduate (BVSc.)/Graduate (B Tech Dairy Sc. May apply. 

• Accountant: (Block Level) – 17 Posts {Monthly Salary: Rs. 9,500 to Rs. 16,100/-} Essential Qualifications: Graduate degree in Commerce with relevant experience.

• Office Assistant (Block Level) – 16 Posts {Monthly Salary: Rs. 7,900 to Rs. 12,000/-} Essential Qualifications: Graduate degree in any discipline with relevant work experience.
