• Assistant Registrar – Total 01 post {Pay Scale: Rs. 9300-34800 + Grade Pay: Rs. 4200/-} 

• Assistant Registrar (IT) – Total 01 Post {Pay Scale: Rs. 9300-34800 + Grade Pay: Rs. 4200/-} 

• Assistant Librarian – Total 02 Posts {Pay Scale: Rs. 5200-20200 + Grade Pay: Rs. 2800/-} 

• Translator – Total 03 Posts {Pay Scale: Rs. 9300-34800 + Grade Pay: Rs. 3200/-}

• Stenographer (Grade-II) – Total 45 Posts {Pay Scale: Rs. 5200-20200 + Grade Pay: Rs. 2800/-} 

• Stenographers (Grade-III) – Total 199 Posts {Pay Scale: Rs. 5200-20200 + Grade Pay: Rs. 2400/-} 

Age Limits: Candidates must be between 18 to 35 Years of age (Relaxation and reservation will be applicable as per law) 

Essential Qualifications: B.E / Computer Science / IT / Electronics / Degree in Library Science / Graduates / 10+2 Higher Secondary Exam Passed / Certificate in Typing (Hindi/English) From a Board / Institution / University Recognized by the Government of Madhya Pradesh (UGC/DOEACC); with knowledge of Computer Applications.
