• Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager-Group A) – Total 01 Position {Pay Scale: Rs. 25700-31500 | Age Limits: Max 40 Years}

• Officer Scale-II (Manager-Group A) – Total 08 Position {Pay Scale: Rs.19400-28100 | Age Limits: 21 to 32 Years} 

• Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager-Group A) – Total 28 Positions {Pay Scale: Rs. 14500-25700 | Age Limits: 18 to 28 Years} 

• Office Assistant (Multipurpose-Group B) – Total 26 Positions {Pay Scale: Rs. 7200-19300 | Age Limits: 18 to 28 Years} 

Please Note: The relaxation in upper age limit is cumulative as per Govt. of India guidelines. 

Essential Qualification: MBA / Chartered Accountant / Degree from a recognised University in any Discipline / Degree in Law / Degree in Electronics / Communication / Computer Science / Information Technology / Law / Economics and Accountancy / Agriculture / Horticulture / Dairy / Animal Husbandry / Forestry / Veterinary Science / Agricultural Engineering / Pisciculture or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. + Proficiency in local language & must have passed VII Standard/Class in Local language + Computer knowledge or awareness will be an added qualification. 

Selection Process: The selection of the candidates for all the posts shall be made on the basis of written test of 70 marks and interview of 30 marks.

Office Assistant (MP): 18-12-2011 

Application Fee: For all Officers: Rs. 500/- for GEN/OBC Candidates & Rs. 100/- for SC/ST/PH/EXs Candidates 

For Office Assistant: Rs. 400/- for GEN/OBC Candidates & Rs. 100/- for SC/ST/PH/EXs Candidates Shall pay their Prescribed Fee applicable through Bank Challan at any of the branch of Malwa Gramin Bank.
