GIC of India Invites Young, Energetic Graduates / Post Graduates with Brilliant Academic record to fill-in the positions of 50 Specialist Officers in the cadre of Assistant Managers (Scale-I) to be based in its offices in India and abroad and will be liable to be posted anywhere in India as well as abroad as per the requirement of the Corporation.

Pay Scale: Basic Pay Rs.17240/- per month in the scale of Rs.17240-32640 and other admissible allowances like DA, HRA, CCA, Conveyance, Newspaper /Internet Allowance etc. 

Age Limits: minimum 21 years – maximum 30 years as on 30-09-2011 (Age relaxation will be applicable as per norms).

Essential Qualification: Post Graduate / Graduate / BE / B. Tech in Marine / Aeronautical / Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Civil / MCA / BCA / M.Com/ B. Com / MSc in Stats/ Maths / CA / ICWA / Mass Communication/ Journalism / LLB / BL / MBBS with 60% Marks from a recognized Institution / University (Relaxation in Marks for SC /ST candidates will be Not less than 55%) 

Selection Process: Selection of the short listed candidates will be based on Written Test and performance in Group Discussion and interview.
