Pay Scale: Rs. 9300 – 34800 + Grade Pay: Rs. 4800/-
Age Limits: Max 47 years of age as on 1.08.2010 (Age relaxation to the SC/ST/OBC Candidates will be applicable as per GOI rule)
Essential Qualifications: Candidates must have Bachelor Degree in Law from Recognized University.
Selection Process: Selection of the eligible candidates will be done on the basis of performance in written Examination & Personal Interview. Written Test will be of General Knowledge including Current affairs – 150 marks; Elementary General Science – 100 marks; General Hindi – 100 marks; General English – 100 marks; Law of Evidence and Procedure – 150 marks. -- With choice of any three in Constitutional law of India and England – 150 marks; Hindu law and Mohammadan Law – 150 marks; Law of Transfer of Propery and Law of Trusts and Specific Relief – 150 marks; Law of Contract and Torts – 150 marks; Commercial Law – 150 marks
