Total 40 Positions for Scientists

• Scientist {Pay Scale: PB-3 Rs.15600-39100 Grade Pay: Rs. 6600/- | Age Limits: Max 32 Years} 

• Senior Scientist {Pay Scale: PB-3 Rs. Rs.15600-39100 Grade Pay: Rs. 7600/- | Age Limits: max 37 Years} 

• Principal Scientist {Pay Scale: PB-4 Rs. 37400-67000 Grade Pay: Rs. 8700/- | Age Limits: Max 45 Years} 

• Senior Principal Scientist {Pay Scale: PB-4 Rs. 37400-67000 Grade Pay: Rs. 8900/- | Age Limits: Max 50 Years}

Essential Qualification: Degree in PhD / M.E. / M. Tech. Electrical / Electronic Engineering with R&D (See Detailed Advertisement for Eligibility)

Application Fee: Crossed Demand Draft (DD) for Rs.100/ drawn on any Nationalized Bank, in favour of "Director, National Physical Laboratory" payable at New Delhi. (No Fee for SC/ST category, physically handicapped, regular employees of CSIR, women and those staying/applying from outside India)
