Applications are invited from eligible Indian citizens belonging to Scheduled Castes (SCs), Scheduled Tribes (STs) & Other Backward Classes (OBCs) to fill up the backlog reserved vacancies for the following posts in Lok Sabha Secretariat, Details are as given here:
  • Parliamentary Reporter Grade-II (English/Hindi) – Total 07 Posts {Pay Scale: Rs. 15600-39100 (PB-3) + Grade Pay: Rs. 5400} Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university with minimum shorthand speed of 160 (w.p.m.) in English/ Hindi. 
  • Parliamentary Interpreter Grade-II – Total 09 Posts {Pay Scale: Rs. 15600- 39100 (PB-3) + Grade Pay: Rs. 5400} Qualification: Master’s degree in English from a recognized university with medium of Hindi language up to degree Level. 
  • Hindi Assistant – Total 07 Posts {Pay Scale: Rs. 9300-34800 (PB-2) + Grade Pay: Rs. 4600} Qualification: Master's degree in Hindi from a recognized university with English as a subject at the Degree Level. 
  • Junior Library Assistant – Total 14 Posts {Pay Scale: Rs. 9300-34800 (PB-2) + Grade Pay: Rs. 4200} Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Library Science from a recognized university. 
  • Security Assistant Grade-II – Total 17 Posts {Pay Scale: Rs. 9300-34800 (PB-2) + Grade Pay: Rs. 4200} Qualification: Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
  • Junior Proof Reader – Total 03 Posts {Pay Scale: Rs. 5200-20200 (PB-1) + Grade Pay: Rs. 2800} Qualification: Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
  • Junior Clerk – Total 15 Posts {Pay Scale: Rs. 5200-20200 (PB-1) + Grade Pay: Rs. 2400} Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university and a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute in English/Hindi stream.
  • Warehouse man – Total 01 Post {Pay Scale: Rs. 5200-20200 (PB-1) + Grade Pay: Rs. 2200} Qualification: Secondary School Certificate or Matriculation; and Diploma in Printing Technology from any Institute approved by AICTE.
