Walk-In-Interview for Various Posts by NCAOR on 09 & 10 August 2011 

National Centre for Antarctic and Ocean Research (an autonomous Institution under Ministry of Earth Sciences, Government of India, responsible for co-ordinating the Indian Antarctic Expeditions) is looking for trained personnel preferably Ex-Indian Army personnel from EME/Engineers Corps on contract basis for its Research base at Antarctica for the season 2011-201

• Generator Operator (EE Mech): 02 Posts 
• Vehicle Mechanic (EE Mech): 03 Posts 
• Boiler/Pump Mechanic (Plumber/Fitter): 02 Posts 
• Station Electrician: 02 Posts 
• Vehicle Mech (Tech B/C Vehicle): 03 Posts 
• Operator Excavating Machine (Dozers & Cranes): 01 Posts 

Pay Scale / Wages: Rs. 15,000/- to 20,000/- + 450/- (Summer) & 675/- (Winter) Per day Hardship Allowances.
