The Indira Gandhi Institute of Development Research (IGIDR) is an advanced research institute established by the Reserve Bank of India for carrying out research on development issues from a multi-disciplinary points of views. After its registration as an autonomous society on November 14, 1986 and as a public trust in January 15,1987, then Prime Minister, Shri Rajiv Gandhi inaugurated the campus at Goregaon on December 28, 1987. Subsequently, the Institute was recognized as a Deemed University under Section 3 of the UGC Act and it has the highest National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) rating of A++ (under the old methodology) given to Indian academic institutions

IGIDR invites applications from well qualified and experienced persons for the following posts on contract basis initially for a period of two years which may be extendable.

• Communications Manager cum Editor:  1 post
• Assistant Administrative Officer (HR): 1 post
• Assistant Administrative Officer (Events and External Relations): 1 post
• Civil Engineer:  2 posts

Educational Qualification: Masters Degree | Journalism Mass Communication | PG / MBA in HR Management | PG / Graduates in Civil Engineering | Graduates and Fresher etc.

Age Limits:  For all the above posts is 30 to 45 years

Remuneration: Remuneration will commensurate with qualifications and experience. Mere fulfilment of the minimum qualifications etc. will not vest any right on a candidate for being called for test /interview. The Institute reserves the right to short list the candidates for interview and relax the selection criteria in exceptional cases.
