Indian Border Police Force (ITBPF) has invited applications eligible male Indian citizens for filling up the following Group- ‘C’ Non-Gazetted, Non-Ministerial posts in ITB Police on temporary basis likely to be permanent. The post has All India liability and selected candidates can be posted anywhere in India and even abroad as per the ITBP acts and rules.
Details on Eligibility Criteria and other Instructions for Jobs in ITBP Force as per the Official ITBPF Recruitment Notice 2012 are given in below lines:
Name of Position: Constable / Pioneer: – Total 168 Seats {UR: 84 – SC: 26 – ST: 12 – OBC: 46 Seats}
- Electrician: - 56 Posts
- Plumber: - 54 Posts
- Carpenter: - 25 Posts
- Mason: - 25 Posts
- Painter: - 04 Posts
- Welder: - 04 Posts
Pay Scale: Rs.5200 to 20200 + Rs.2000 Per month as applicable
Age Limits: Between 18 to 23 years as on 09-07-2012. (Upper age relaxation SC / ST Candidates is 5 years and for OBC is 3 years will be applicable)
Qualifications: Candidates must have passed 10th from a recognized Board with one years’ experience in the trades of Electrician / Plumber / Carpenter / Painter / Welder.
Physical Standard: - Height: Minimum 162.5 – Chest: 76 – 81 cm – Weight: Proportionate to height & Age – Eye Vision: 6/6 and 6/9 of both eyes without wearing glasses
Selection Process: Selection of all eligible candidates on above Job Positions in ITBP Force will be made on the basis of performance in Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Physical Measurement Test (PMT), Written Test, Trade Test and Personal Interview.
Application Fee: - Non-refundable fee of Rs.50/- only for General/ OBC Candidates (No Fee for SC/ST/EXS Candidates) fee shall be paid in the form of Crossed Bank Draft / CRFS in favour of “Dy. Inspector General, SHQ Delhi ITBP, Payable at SBI, R K Puram,New Delhi, Code No. 1076.
