Commissioner and Director of School Education Andhra Pradesh recruitment notification for the filling up 21343 vacancies of Language Pandit (LP), School Assistant, Physical Education Teacher (PET) and Secondary Grade Teacher (SGT) in Government Mandal Parishad Schools, Zilla Parishad & the school under Municipalities and Tribal Welfare Department – as per the official Vacancy Notification 1863/RC-3/2011

Number of Vacancies: - Total 21343 Positions
- Secondary Grade Teacher (SGT): – Total 11602 Posts {Essential Requirement: 12th Intermediate Passed from Andhra Pradesh Board or Diploma in Educations with qualified APTET}
- School Assistant: – Total 5695 Posts {Essential Requirement: Graduate Degree and Bachelor of Educational in relevant subject with APTET Certificates}
- Physical Education Teacher (PET): – Total 364 Posts {Essential Requirement: 12th Passed from Andhra Pradesh Board or U.G.D.P.Ed or Graduate degree and B.P.Ed or M.P.Ed recognized by NCTE}
- Language Pandit (LP): – Total 1998 Posts {Essential Requirement: Graduate Degree and Bachelor of Education in relevant subject with APTET Certificates}
Age Limit: Applicants must be between age of 18 and 39 years as on 01-07-2012. (Maximum for SC / ST Candidates is 44 years and for PH Candidates is 49 years relaxed)
Selection Procedure: Selection on the above Posts except Physical Education Teacher (PET) will be made on the basis of performance in Written Test which will be 80% and in TET which will be 20%. To qualify for PET, candidates will have to obtain 100% Marks in Written Test
Application Fee: Non-refundable fee of Rs.250/- only towards application processing and Teachers Recruitment Test for each post through APONLINE or e-seva centers between 16-02-2012 and 16-03-2012.
