The High Court of Punjab at Chandigarh invites Online Applications for filling up 297 vacant posts of Clerk (subject to variation on both sides) in the various Session Divisions (Subordinate Courts) in the State of Haryana, as per detail given below :-

• Name of the Post – Clerks – Total 297 Positions

Name of Divisions: Amritsar: 23; Bathinda: 07; Faridkot: 18; Fatehgarh Sahib: 01; Ferozepur: 12; Gurdaspur: 13; Hosiarpur: 36; Kapurthala: 09; Ludhiana: 61; Mansa: 03; S.B.S Nagar: 17; Mukatsar: 12; Patiala: 10; Roop Nagar: 20; Sangrur: 36 Posts 

Pay Scale: Rs. 10300-34800 + Rs.3200/- Grade Pay 

Age Limits: Candidates must be between 18 to 45 years as on 01-01-2012 (Age relation will be applicable as per rules) 

Essential Qualifications: Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science or equivalent thereto from a recognized university. He should have passed matriculation with Hindi as one of the subject and must have proficiency in operation of computers (word processing and spread sheets). 

Selection Process: Selection will be based on written test as well as computer proficiency test, viva voce and checking of original testimonials. 

Application Fee: Non-Refundable fee of Rs. 500/- for General / Reserved Categories of other States, & Rs. 125/- for SC/BC/ESM/of the State of Punjab only. The candidates have to deposit the requisite fee by way of 'Cash Deposit Receipt', printed after completion of Step 1 of registration, in any Branch of State Bank of India only.

• Registration Step 1: Candidate will get his Registration ID and Password and will print 'Cash Deposit Receipt' for deposit of Fee in the bank (State Bank of India).
