Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC-Ajmer) will hold a Common Examination and Invites Online Application from Eligible Indian Citizen for Recruitment to the Posts of Motor Vehicle Sub-Inspector in Motor Transport Department of Rajasthan Government, as per the Notification Details are given herein:
- Name of the Position – Motor Vehicle Sub-Inspector – Total 41 Posts
Pay Scale: PB-3 Rs. 5200 – 20200 + Grade Pay: Rs. 2000/- per Month
Age Limits: Candidates must be between 18 to 37 Years of age as on 01-01-2012 (Age relaxation of to special category Candidates will be available as per the GOI Rules)
Essential Qualifications: Candidates must have Passed Secondary Examination (10th) of a recognized Board; and having a 3 years course Diploma in Automobile Engineering / Mechanical Engineering awarded by the State Board of Technical Examination with a valid Driving Licence.
Experience: Must have at-least one year working experience in a reputed Automobile Workshop which undertakes reparse of both light motor vehicles, heavy goods vehicles’ and heavy passenger motor vehicles fitted with petrol and diesel engines.
Physical Standard: Candidates must be medically Fit and having (Height: 168 CMs) and (Chest: 81 CMs without Expansion) minimum 05 CMs of Chest expansion is required. In Case of Female Candidates (Height: 152 CMs). Relaxation in Physical Standard would be applicable for SC/ST and Hilly Area Candidates.
Selection Process: Selection will be done on the basis of Written Test, Physical Efficiency Test and Personal Interview. The Written Test will be Comprises Objective Type Questions (From General Knowledge, Language Test, and Automobile and Mechanical Engineering)
Application Fee: Applicants will have to pay Rs. 40/- (Rs. 35 for Filling Application and Rs. 05/- for Examination Fee) through Registered E-Mitra Kisoak OR CSC of Rajasthan.
