Age Limits: 20 to 27 Years
Pay Scale: During the period of Training: Rs. 21000/- PM (Rs. 15600/- as Pay in Pay Band + Grade Pay Rs. 5400/-); On Completion of Training: Rs. 15600-39000 with DA at present with other benefits like military service pay transport allowance, furnished accommodation, free medical facilities, LTC, 60 days annual leave, 20 days casual leave, canteen facilities, entitled Ration as per scale as other benefits as applicable.
Nationality Eligibility: (a) A citizen of India, or (b) A subject of Nepal, or (c) A subject of Bhutan, or (d) A Tibetan refugee or, (e) A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (Formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar),Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India, only after the necessary eligibility certificate has been issued to him/her by the Government of India.
Educational Qualification: Candidates studying in the Final Year of Engineering Degree and who are qualified Graduates of Degree Course in Engineering will be eligible to apply.
Physical Standard: Candidates must have sound Physical Standards applicable for Indian Army that is minimum height: 157.5 cm and correlated weight with accurate eye sight.
Method of Selection: Only selected (shortlisted) candidates will be called for Service Selection Board (SSB) interview at Allahabad, Bhopal and Bangalore for five selection process. In which candidates will be put through Psychological test, Group Test and Interview.
