Pay Scale: Selected candidates will be offered a basic pay of 20600/- p.m. in the scale of 20600-3%-46500/-(E-1).
Age Limits: Born not earlier than February 1, 1987 (Age relaxation to special category candidates will be applicable as per GOI rules)
Health: Candidates should be of sound physique, free from any physical defect.
Essential Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology in the disciplines of CHEMICAL / CIVIL / COMPUTER SCIENCE / ELECTRICAL / INSTRUMENTATION / MECHANICAL / METALLURGY from a University/Institute recognized by AICTE.

Selection Process: Selection on the Posts of Management Trainee in VIZAG Steel will be made on the basis of Written Test followed by Group Discussion/Interview at Visakhapatnam, Hyderabad, Chennai, Delhi, Kolkata and Mumbai.
Application Fee: Non-refundable fee of Rs.500/- only from General/OBC Candidates as Application fee must be deposited in “RINL/VSP Recruitment Account No. 30589461220” at any of the Core Banking Branches of State Bank of India (SBI) in the prescribed preprinted Challan. (No Fee for SC/ST/PWD Candidates)
