Application are invited from male/ female Indian citizens for
appointment of Assistant Sub Inspector (Stenographer), Head
Constable (Ministerial) and Constable (Daftly) in Border Security Force, Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India in
the pay scale as Mentioned against each post plus DA and other allowance as admissible to
the member of the Force from time to time as well as accommodation, uniform, LTC and
medical facilities etc. The posts are temporary but likely to become permanent.
- Head Constable (Ministerial): 326 Posts (Direct-203, Departmental-101, Ex-SM-22), Pay Band: PB-1 Rs.5200-20200/- Grade Pay Rs.2400, Age: 18 to 25 years
- Constable (Daftry): 19 Posts (Direct-17, Ex-SM-2), Pay Band: PB-1 Rs.5200-20200/- Grade Pay Rs.2000, Age: 18 to 25 years
- Assistant Sub-Inspector (Stenographer): 123 Posts (Direct - 100, Department-23), Pay Band: PB-1 Rs.5200-20200/- Grade Pay Rs.2800, Age: 18 to 25 years
Application Fee: Application should
be sent by a Crossed Bank Draft / Indian Postal Order for Rs. 50/- only for
Gen/OBC candidates as the examination fee in favour of The Inspector
General or DIG/Comdt to whom the application is
addressed payable at respective SBI/ post office.
