Prospective candidates are

Dept. of Bio-Technology, BIT Mesra for the post of Junior Research Fellow under
sponsored DST project entitled “Indigenous development of 1µm swept source
optical coherence tomography (SSOCT) setup for biomedical imaging of animal eye
under the supervision of Dr. R. Poddar, Principal Investigator.

Junior Research Fellow [JRF]:
Duration- 01 year (extendable up to 2 yrs.)
Fellowship: Rs. 12000/- pm
+ HRA (as per Institute Rule)
Qualification: B.E/ B.
Tech/M. Tech in Optoelectronics /Instrumentation/electronics and communication engineering
or M. Sc Physics / Applied Physics with
specialization in Fibber Optics/Applied Optics/ Nonlinear Optics.
Desirable: Strong computer
application skills and prior research experience in Applied Optics will be of
advantage.
Interested candidates
are required to bring their all original certificates of qualifications and
testimonials with two passport size photographs along with one set of duly
attested photocopy of the same at the time of interview.
